Join the Ambressa creator roster
We match creators and influencers in Southeast Asia to paid brand briefs — single campaigns and long-term ambassador programs. We're a new agency, and that is exactly the offer: full management of every deal and a low commission, named before you accept anything. One application, no exclusivity, no fee to join. Briefs come both from brands in your own market and from European, American, Australian and Chinese companies entering Southeast Asia.
What you get
Briefs that fit, terms in writing
We are not a platform where you wait in a feed. We are an agency: brands brief us, we shortlist from the roster, and you hear from a person who already knows what the campaign pays.
Paid work, not «exposure»
Every brief we send has a budget attached. If a brand wants free posts for product only, we say so up front and you decide — but we don't dress it up as a partnership.
Fee stated in the first message
Terms agreed before you shoot
Deliverables, deadlines, revision rounds, usage rights and whether the brand runs paid media behind your post — all in writing before production. If a brand wants paid-media rights, that is priced separately, not assumed.
Usage rights priced, not assumed
Long-term programs, not one-offs only
Part of our work is monthly ambassador programs: the same creators posting for a brand across months on a retainer. Predictable income beats chasing single campaigns.
One contact, straight answers
You talk to the person running the campaign, not a bot queue. If you're not a fit for a brief, we tell you why instead of going silent.
Commission named before you accept
Why join a new agency
We're new. That's the offer.
A big agency gives you a login and a queue. We're building our roster right now, which is why the terms are better than what you'll get from an established one — and why the person reading your application is the person who will run your campaign.
Full management
We handle the brief, the negotiation, the contract, the content approvals and chasing the payment. You create and deliver — the admin is ours, not yours.
Low commission
Joining is free, and our cut is deliberately low while we build the roster. You see the fee and the commission in the same message as the brief — before you say yes.
Early creators get first pick
The roster is small, so briefs are not spread across thousands of profiles. Creators who join now are the first names we shortlist in their market and niche.
Where the briefs come from
We don't only wait for local brands to call. We go after briefs from companies entering Southeast Asia from outside it — European, American, Australian and Chinese brands that need creators who already have the audience here. For you that means the work isn't limited to what one country's marketing budgets can pay: an international brand pays international rates, and it usually needs the same creator again next quarter.
Campaigns still run in Southeast Asia, on global platforms — TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn. The brand can be from anywhere; your audience is here, and that's exactly what it's paying for.
What we don't promise: a fixed number of briefs. Being on the roster means you're in the shortlist pool, not on a payroll — and we'd rather say that here than after you apply.
Looking for brands?
Stop pitching brands one by one
Most creators find paid brand deals the hard way: cold DMs to brand accounts, unanswered emails to marketing managers, and the occasional gifted-product offer that pays nothing. This page is the other direction — brands looking for influencers come to us with a budget already approved, and we match the brief to creators on the roster.
How creators usually find clients
- Cold outreach — dozens of DMs and emails for one reply, and no idea what the brand's budget is.
- Marketplaces — you list yourself and wait in a feed with thousands of other profiles.
- Word of mouth — works, but only inside the circle you already have.
- Gifted collaborations — «exposure» instead of a fee, and no usage rights agreed.
How it works through an agency
- The brief comes to you — with the brand, the deliverables, the deadline and the fee in one message.
- Someone negotiates for you — rate, usage rights and exclusivity are argued on your side.
- Contracts and payment are chased by us — that is what full management means.
- Repeat work — brand ambassador programs instead of one-off posts.
Whether you call yourself an influencer, a KOL, a content creator or a UGC creator — if brands in Southeast Asia would want your audience, this is the right page. Applying takes five minutes: go to the application.
Who we take
Audience fit beats follower count
There is no follower minimum. We cast on audience fit, not follower count — a small account whose audience trusts it can outperform a bigger one that doesn't. What matters is who follows you and where they are.
We're a fit if
- Your audience is in Southeast Asia — Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand or Vietnam.
- You post on global platforms — TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook or LinkedIn.
- You create in English, Malay, Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese or Tagalog — one is enough.
- You deliver on deadline — the single thing brands remember longest.
- Expat and Western creators living in the region — actively wanted, this segment is short in supply.
We're not a fit if
- You're looking for a salaried job — this is paid project and retainer work, not employment.
- You're looking for event or in-store promoter shifts — we don't staff events.
- Your audience is bought — we check engagement patterns, and it ends the conversation.
- You want to be paid to apply — joining is free, and so is being on the roster.
How it works
What happens after you apply
Step 01
You apply
Five minutes, the form below. It opens your email or WhatsApp with your answers filled in — you press send, nothing is stored on this page.
Step 02
We review and add you
We look at your content and your audience, not just your numbers. If something is unclear we ask. You go on the roster under your market, niche and language.
Step 03
We come to you with a brief
When a brand brief matches your audience, you get the brand, deliverables, deadline and fee in one message. You accept or decline — no penalty either way.
Being on the roster is not a promise of work. It means you are in the shortlist pool for briefs that match your audience — how often that happens depends on your market and niche, and we won't pretend otherwise.
Application
Apply to the roster
No account, no upload, no fee. Fill this in and press send — it opens your own email app (or WhatsApp) with everything filled in, so your details go straight to us and nowhere else.
FAQ
What creators ask before applying
Does it cost anything to join, and what is your commission?
Joining is free and staying on the roster is free — there is no sign-up fee and no monthly fee. We work on a commission per campaign, and because we're a new agency building its roster, we keep it deliberately low. You always see the brand's fee and our commission in the same message as the brief, before you accept anything. No hidden deductions after the fact.
How and when do I get paid?
Per campaign, against the agreed fee, after the deliverables are live and approved — timing is written into each brief before you start. Payment is in USD or your local currency, whichever we agree. On ambassador programs it is a monthly retainer instead.
Is there a minimum follower count?
No. We cast on audience fit, not follower count. A small account with a real, local, engaged audience is more useful to a brand than a big account with a scattered one.
Do I have to work exclusively with Ambressa?
No. The roster is non-exclusive — keep your direct deals and your other agencies. We do ask in the application whether you already have an exclusive contract somewhere, because it decides which briefs we can offer you: a category lock with one brand rules out its competitors, not everything else. Exclusivity inside our own brand contracts only appears when the brand pays for it.
Which platforms and countries do you work with?
Global platforms — TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn — across Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam. If your audience sits mostly outside Southeast Asia, we're probably not the right fit.
Is this a job? Are you hiring staff?
No. This is paid creator work — single campaigns and monthly ambassador programs. We don't hire event promoters, in-store staff or salaried employees here.
I'm looking for brands to work with — is this the right page?
Yes. This is where creators and influencers apply to be found by brands instead of pitching them. You send one application, we keep you on the roster, and when a brand deal matches your audience we come to you with the fee already agreed. There is no cost to be listed and no exclusivity.
Are the brands local or international?
Both. Part of our work is local brands in your market; the other part is companies entering Southeast Asia from Europe, North America, Australia and China, which need creators who already have the audience here. International briefs usually pay international rates and repeat more often — that's the main reason we chase them.
How often will I hear from you?
Only when a brief matches your audience, so it depends on your market and niche. We'd rather send you three relevant briefs a year than twenty that waste your time.
What do you do with my details and my photo?
Your details are kept to match you to briefs. We don't sell them and don't pass them to anyone except a brand you've agreed to work with. Your photo and content appear on our site only if you tick that box in the application — it's optional, your application is accepted either way, and one message from you removes it. Ask us and we delete everything.
Ready when you are.
