Ambressa (“we”, “us”) provides influencer and brand ambassador services across Southeast Asia. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you contact us and how we handle it. It is written with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) in mind, and we apply the same care for visitors from other regions.
What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to send us when you reach out — for example your name, company, contact details (WhatsApp number or email) and the campaign details you include in your message. We do not run user accounts and we do not ask for sensitive personal data.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your campaign or ambassador programme.
- To prepare a creator shortlist and quote and, if you engage us, to deliver and manage the work.
Creator applications
If you apply to join our creator roster through the For creators page, you send us the details in that form: your name, market and city, contact details, the languages you create in, your niche, the platforms you post on together with your follower numbers, whether you are open to ambassador programmes, whether you already have an exclusive contract, and any rate range or notes you choose to add. Nothing is stored on the page itself — pressing send opens your own email app or WhatsApp, so you see exactly what is sent before it leaves your device.
We use these details for one purpose: to match you to brand briefs and to contact you when a brief fits your audience. Being on the roster is not a promise of work, and we do not sell, publish or rent creator details. We share a creator profile with a brand only when there is a live brief and you have agreed to be put forward for it. Applications are kept while you are on the roster; ask us and we delete them.
Use of creator photos and content
The application form has a separate, optional tick box asking whether we may use your photo and content on ambressa.com — for example in the creator feed on our site. It is switched off by default, your application is accepted whether or not you tick it, and ticking it is never a condition of receiving briefs. If you tick it and later change your mind, one message to us removes your photo and content from the site.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary with trusted partners who help us deliver your campaign, such as talent sourcing and campaign fulfilment. We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
Cookies
This site uses only essential cookies needed for it to load and perform (for example page caching). We do not currently use advertising or analytics tracking cookies, so no cookie-consent banner is required. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Data retention
We keep enquiry and project information only for as long as needed to respond to you and to deliver any work you engage us for, plus any period required by law.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data you have shared with us. To make a request, email ivanovmalaysia@gmail.com.
